Shipping & Returns
We offer FREE SHIPPING (letter mail on all domestic orders (for tees and masks) no order minimums, if you would like to upgrade you can do so during checkout. For the USA we offer shipping for a flat rate of $9.95.
Mugs, Sweaters and other heavy, larger weight items will be subject to expedited shipping fees. The fees are calculate upon checkout by Canada Post's current rates based on your address.
We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand and the UK, the shipping for these countries will be calculated based on Canada post tracked packet rates.
*Please note that flat rate and free shipping does NOT include tracking.
How long will it take to get my order?
Within Canada: As per Canada Post, orders should be received within 7-10 business days for letter mail and 5 - 7 business days for expedited shipping. Delays beyond this are with Canada Post and beyond our control
USA: As per Canada Post, orders should be received within 14 - 20 business days for letter mail and 7 - 10 business days for expedited shipping. Delays beyond this are with Canada Post and beyond our control.
AUS/NEW Z & UK: As per Canada Post, orders should be received within 15 - 30 business days for letter mail and 10 - 20 business days for expedited shipping. Delays beyond this are with Canada Post and beyond our control.
*Please note shipping times are not guaranteed, once shipped it is up to Canada Post to deliver within the time frame they specify on their website. Five Karats Apparel cannot foresee delays, and will not issue refunds on shipping for delays caused by Canada Post.*
- All shipping times do NOT include product production time. Our products are made to order, it takes us 1 - 3 business days to make your item.
- After your order has been made we mail out using Canada Post. Please note that free and flat rate shipping does not include tracking.

Can I upgrade my shipping?
YES! If you would like your item by a specific date we suggest upgrading your shipping at the time of checkout to Expedited or Xpresspost. This will give you a more accurate shipping time and help avoid disappointment. Please also send us an email as we will do our best to expedite your order for printing.
If there is a specific date you need the item by please let us know in the order checkout notes.
*Unfortunately we do not ship outside of the regions mentioned at this time
As each item is made to order we do not offer returns at this time. If you have any problems with your order please email us and we are more than happy to assist you and rectify the problem.
Please note that returns due to wrong sizing ordered will not be honoured, we have posted a size chart with every item in the store, please review prior to placing your order, we really don't want you to be unhappy with your purchase!
